Black SMS is very simple to use.
The app has a place for you to enter your password, and a place for you to enter your message. After doing so press the green encrypt button. The app will then copy a black bubble to your clipboard and open iMessage, where you can paste (double-tap) and send.
To decrypt, copy the black bubble your friend sent you, open the app, and press the blue decrypt button after typing in the password.
